We engineer the whole device — and that is the point.

%100 In-house engineering

All software, electronics, and mechanical design processes are developed entirely in-house. This integrated engineering approach ensures superior quality, rapid development, and continuous innovation.

Most respiratory devices are assembled from parts and platforms made by others. Ours are not. At Nefes, the control software, the electronics — built around a 480 MHz core — and the mechanical design are all developed and integrated in-house. The benefit is not bragging rights; it is engineering freedom.

When one team owns the algorithm, the sensor path and the enclosure together, reliability and performance can be pushed further and verified deeper. It is why Ventisense can deliver up to 100% oxygen through a patented path, read oxygen with a 10-year ultrasonic sensor, and run ten ventilation modes — and why we can document exactly how each behaves.
